Rowley is located along the coast of the North Shore of Massachusetts. Situated 8 miles South of Newburyport, and just North of Ipswich. We are located less than 30 miles North of Boston, in historic Essex County and easily accessible at 224 Main Street, (Rt.1A) in Rowley.
From Route 95
When traveling from North or South, Take route 95 to exit 54A (133E) head east 3 miles, cross over Route 1, (stay on 133East) 1.5 miles, at the intersection of Rt.133 and 1A, take a left on 1A, you are now heading into Rowley center! Go nine tenths of a mile, through the center and the only set of working traffic lights, past the school and bear left at the small town common. You are here now, it is that easy!
Taking Route 1 North or South
If North from Topsfield, take a right on 133 East (the Agawam Diner will be on the left) and follow the above directions to Route 1A North.
If South from Newburyport, take Route 1A directly, or take Route 1 South, after entering Rowley, take your first left on Center Street. Go a little over 2 miles to Rowley Center and take a left on Route 1A North we are ½ mile on the left!
From 495
When traveling from the West, Take Route 495, to Route 133E or 97S to 133E, straight into Rowley and follow the directions above.
From Route 1A
1A North, is a beautiful ride through Salem, Beverly, Wenham, Hamilton, Ipswich to Rowley. After the only traffic light we are ½ mile on the left!
